Scholarships are an integral part of our Mission to make music accessible to all, so far during the 2024-25 school year we have awarded more than $37,000 to 35 students. The scholarships they receive cover one set of lessons, or one class per term. On average, scholarships cover around 65% of the tuition in order to lower the cost for students.
Read what lessons mean to scholarship recipient Angelina:
"Music is my everything. Through music, I can release my emotions, meet new friends, and feel better about myself. It boosts my self-confidence and helps me get through the tough times in life. Music is just like another friend I can go to when I feel alone and I don't know where I would be without it.
I always look forward to my lessons every week and MCNW provides a space where I can learn music as well as unwind from the stress of everyday life." – Angelina
